  • Your iPhone or iPad model
  • iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version)
  • The install method you tried (eSign, Scarlet, Sideloadly, AltStore)
  • The exact error message or screenshot

We can usually point you to a working fix, but please understand: we are a guides site, not an official Delta support channel. For account-specific Delta Executor issues, the official Discord server is faster than us.
