Privacy Policy

This is our privacy policy. We've written it in plain English instead of legalese, but it's still legally binding. If you use this site, you agree to it.

Who we are

This site, delta-iosexecuter.com, is operated by ScriptHaven Digital Ltd., a company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. For the purposes of GDPR and similar laws, ScriptHaven Digital Ltd. is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

We collect three kinds of information.

1. Information you give us directly. When you email us at any of our contact addresses, we receive your email address and whatever you write in the message. That's it. We don't run a newsletter and we don't have user accounts.

2. Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools record:

• Your IP address (anonymized after collection)
• Your browser type and version
• Your device type (iPhone, iPad, desktop)
• The pages you visit and how long you stay
• The site you came from (referrer)

This is standard web traffic data. We don't use it to identify individual visitors.

What we use it for

We use the information above to:

• Reply to your emails
• Understand which guides are working and which need updating
• Detect and prevent abuse (bots, scrapers, attempts to overload the site)
• Comply with legal obligations if we're served with a valid legal request

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles on individual visitors.

Third parties we use

We use a small number of third-party services that may receive data when you visit the site:

• Cloudflare - provides our CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare sees your IP address as part of routing traffic.
• Google Analytics 4 - provides aggregate traffic analytics. We use the IP anonymization option, so Google does not receive full IP addresses.
• Cloudflare Pages / R2 - hosts the site itself.

Each of these third parties has its own privacy policy. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics entirely, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep your data

• Email correspondence: kept for two years from your last message, then deleted
• Anonymized analytics data: kept for 14 months, then automatically purged
• Server logs: kept for 30 days, then automatically purged

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, California, UAE, or any jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:

• Ask us what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to stop processing it
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@delta-iosexecuter.com. We reply within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for users 13 years and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We recognize that script executor content is searched for by users of all ages, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has contacted us or submitted information through this site, email legal@delta-iosexecuter.com and we will delete it immediately.

For users between 13 and 18, we recommend parental supervision when using any iOS sideloading guide or script tool. Running custom scripts in Roblox can result in account bans, and installing IPA files outside the App Store carries security risks that may not be obvious to younger users.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a note on the homepage for 30 days. Significant changes will also be emailed to anyone who has corresponded with us in the previous year.
